Help with Monthly Pass, please
 

I signed up for monthly pass at my meeting last week and I was given a temporary card. I haven't logged on the the WW site until today and it asked me to enter the ID number from my temporary card. My "real" card came today and the number is the same. Anyway, it appears the number is a completely different format than previously so I'm not able to log in to use eTools. Can anyone help? Thanks

I think you're supposed to enter your member ID number (the one on the sticker on the front of your weight log!) not the pass number!
