Coffee 0/0 Bagel 5/5 L: Leftover potatoes 1/6 Steamed zucc/yellow squash w/parmesan 1/7 1/2 cup skim milk 1/8 2 WW 2 pt bars 4/12 Snack: a few M&Ms & peanuts 1/13 D: Chicken in a FF softshell taco w/lettuce, tomato, LF sour cream & LF cheddar cheese 5/18 1 cup skim milk 2/20 Snack: Orville Redenbacher 94% FF kettle korn 4/24 Water: 32 oz so far Exercise: 41 minutes on treadmill/3 miles/6% incline/4.4 MPH Point Range: 18-25 Wake-up weight: 141.5 :) (no apparent damage YET from yesterday's 50+ point day) |
