Finally got my 10%!
 

I got my 10% award today at Weight Watchers. I weigh 173 now. I've lost 20 pounds since January and have 30 more to lose. For now, I'm going to focus on really following the program, beginning to exercise, and losing the next five pounds.

It seems so much harder this time around. From October 2007 to January 2009 I was on Weight Watchers and went from 205 to 146. Life fell apart and I quit following the program and went from 146 to 193 in just under a year. :( I started back on Weight Watchers this January but it has been a constant battle to stay on plan. I don't have the same motivation I did last time.

Yay for the 10%!! Are you going to reward yourself with anything?

I preemptively rewarded myself with a cute new dress from Target the other day. :-)

Congrats! Changing your habits is really difficult, especially if you've eaten the same way since you were a child. I know a lot of my struggle is breaking free from my 'food history' and planning instead for a healthier 'food future'.

I sound like a therapist. Lol.

thats awesome! Keep up th good work and whenever you feel like you dont have motivation just think about how great you felt when that first 10% came off!
