Introduction
I'd like to introduce myself to the group.
I'm 27 years old, married for 4 years. I gained weight in University, then when I got married, but took control of it before it got out of hand. I've been a weight watchers lifetime member for 1.5 years. I've maintained my weight and only weighed in once above goal, but I still didn't pay. I feel great, but I'd like to improve my fitness, which is why I joined the challenge. My new activity is snowboarding. Other activities I like doing: walking to dog, downhill skiing, volleyball, weightlifting and misc. resistance training, following exercise shows on TV. I want to focus on the weight training as much as possible. I want to strengthen my muscles for skiing and snowboarding and other sports, but also there's a history of back problems in my family, so I want to build my muscles so that I won't see the same problems.
