Okay, it has been a not very good day.
breakfast: 1 cup cereal -3 lunch: bangkok salad - satay meat -3, veggies-0 -dressing- 5 /11 water part of dp's curry - mostly peas in curry sauce 2/13 part of a moose cookie 4/17 latte 2/19 dinner: what to do with 6 points? eggbeaters with veggies 2/21 bacon 2/23 rice pudding 2/25 dry cereal 2/27 exercise: 22 minutes weights at gym, going back for more tonight water: not enough yet vitamin: yup |
Finally a good day. Still have points for my late night snacking.
