weight gain and surgery
 

Hi pointspluspioneer,

I had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago and had a 14lb. weight gain. It is coming off but u have to be patient. It will be a slower loss because u can't exercise. I asked my leader abt this before my surgery and she stated to just do the program not to cut points because the program was made to lose weight even with mininmal or no exercise.

I haven't received my TOM since day of surgery (5/23) and i'm up 9 lbs. still. I'm very disappointed, in a wedding tomorrow and my dress fit perfectly less 9 lbs. Now i'm so uncomfortable in my own skin and wish i never had the surgery :( It's so hard to read all these posts that they consistently lose weight as i constantly gain. I'm tracking, more active and still gain.
