10% gone!

I had my weigh in tonight and I am 172.4 and that is 1lb over my 10%! I have been at it for 16 weeks and I feel like I have accomplished so much!

I rewarded myself this morning by having a cinnamon sugar bagel with honey almond shmear for breakfast. it was 12 points, but a delicious reward!

Food rewards are a slippery slope for me. I do better with more tangible rewards - a mani, a pedi, a massage, a new pair of shoes...
