Good morning all - I managed to resist the nighttime snacking last night - so difficult for me.
B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5 L: Ham sandwich I didn't eat on Monday 2/7 Carrots 0/7 Pretzels 1/8 D: Part of leftover chicken breast 2/10 Tootsie pop 1/11 WW 2 pt bar 2/13 Snack: Leftover potatoes 3/16 Water: 64 oz Exercise: nope - have classs tonight Point Range: 18-25 Weighed at home this am: 142.0 :D |
hey all, after yesterdays evening's delightful pad thai, the scale is not pleased.
breakfast: luna bar 4 coffee 1 snack: dry cereal 2/7 latte 2 lunch: left over chicken pot pie 4/11 carrots snack: yoghurt 2/13 dinner: rrp soup 1/14 tj pizza thingie 4/18 some pad thai 5/23 some orangettes :( 3/26 exercise: 40 min elliptical, dog putter, car vacuum water: si,si |

OK here goes morning- 8 scrambled egg whites - 2 pts, bacon- 4, cof-1, toast- 1 lunch - 8 chicken- 5, yam-2, string beans - 1 so... I've already used up 16 points and I WANT A SATISFYING DINNER!!!!!!!!! Not too much whining...:lol: |
Katie, great on resisting late night snacks. I wish I could make the same claim.

For me it's the snacks between getting home from work and eating dinner. Killer...

I agree on the snacks. I almost eat my point allotment before DP gets home, so I usually don't eat with her. Its sort of pathetic.
