Is there a simple way to count points in this dessert?

I am making a dessert to take to a friend's house. She is on Weight Watchers, and I was hoping to be able to tell her how many points was in the dish. It's basically a fruit trifle made with store bought angel food cake, fresh strawberries, blueberries and maybe raspberries, fat free vanilla pudding, and maybe a little lite cool whip on top. Does anyone make something similar and have an idea how many points this might be per serving?

It all depends on the amount of cake, pudding and cool whip. If you get cool whip free, that doesn't have any points. It also depends on how many servings you think it will make.

I made a vanilla trifle with the store bought angel food cake, SF/FF vanilla pudding, strawberries, and FF cool whip. I calculated six servings at 5 points per serving.

Hm. Well, I guess it's a standard trifle bowl, so that's about 10-12 servings. I wouldn't want to skimp too much on the cake... that's my favorite part of a trifle. lol I guess I could just tell her the ingredients, but I'd have to bring along the packages for her to use her smartphone app to calculate the points, right?

It looks like a 2oz slice of angel food cake is 3 points and one serving of the pudding is 1 point. So maybe you could tell her that and she could eyeball how much she thinks a 2oz section would be?

I just wanted to add, that it is really nice that you are coming here to try to find out that information for your friend! you must be a very good and supportive friend :) and the trifle sounds awesome!!

Just for future reference, you can tell her the ingredients and if she has eTools, she can plug it into recipe builder and calculate 10-12 servings, etc.
