Default Insanity Workout and WW

Has anyone done these two together? I hear that you have to eat a lot more than WW allows due to the intensity of the workout. My husband and I are supposed to start tonight but now I'm not sure....

Well I did the fit test last night and OMG I can see how you def need to eat for this workout. My solution? Use my weekly points and hope for the best!

I have been thinking about trying Insanity but always thought I needed to be in better shape first, as crazy as that sounds. I can see how such an intense workout could make you hungrier. Maybe it depends on what time of day you do it.

That could be true too.. I don't have enough energy to do this before work so I'll be doing it at night. It's really hard but I'm going to do my best.

Since you have your weekly points and earn APs for exercise, I don't see how there could be a problem with eating for this workout.
