salad w/crottin de chavignol 2/29
exercise: 45 min gym, dog putter
water: si,si
vitamin: si,si

Hi! I'm back... A lot heavier than before, but back. Today wasn't a great day but at least I journaled.

Breakfast
protein drink 5

Lunch
egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread 10

Snack
rice cake with cheese 2
atkins protein shake 4

Dinner
boca sausage 2
black bean soup 4
rice 2

Total: 29 YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!

Exercise: shoveling the foot plus of snow that we got yesterday

exercise: yup, 3 hours gardening, 35 min bike at gym
water: yup
vitamin: nope
