Really on the straight and narrow now.
breakfast: all bran/special k mix 3 milk 1 lunch: yoghurt 2 moussaka 5/12 dinner: roast chicken 4/16 green beans 1/17 roasted potatoes 3/20 tarte tatin 5/25 one glass of wine 2/27 salad w/crottin de chavignol 2/29 exercise: 45 min gym, dog putter water: si,si vitamin: si,si |
Hi! I'm back... A lot heavier than before, but back. Today wasn't a great day but at least I journaled.
Breakfast protein drink 5 Lunch egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread 10 Snack rice cake with cheese 2 atkins protein shake 4 Dinner boca sausage 2 black bean soup 4 rice 2 Total: 29 YIKES!!!!!!!!!!! Exercise: shoveling the foot plus of snow that we got yesterday |
Even worse today. Really just a real bad lunch.
Breakfast protein shake 5 Lunch spicy chicken sandwich 12 fries 7 Snack soy butter on rice cake 2 Dinner sashimi 3 seaweed salad 1 Total: 30 No exercise |
