i stepped on the scale and then jumped right off.
breakfast: flax bagel 4/4 ricotta cheese 1/5 raspberry jam 1/6 snack: latte 2/8 lunch: moussaka 5/13 carrots satsumas 1/14 salad 0/14 dinner: no idea exercise: gym, dog walk water: yup |
