Also, OP, you need to make sure you are getting your good health guidelines in.

The new program is definitely working for me, and I feel so much more confident this time that I'll make it to my goal weight. I feel like I can EAT more on this plan and not hoard my points. I don't know why but for some reason on the old plan (the one before this one), I always felt bad eating my WPAs and AP's so I stuck w/in my daily points range and always felt so hungry. The weight was coming off, but I lost 60 pounds and then the scale would not budge! I got stick in a months of plateau, felt hungry all the time because I was starving myself trying to get the scale moving again. I eventually got frustrated and gave up, stopped going to WW and gained the weight back over the course of about 2.5 years.

Now with the new plan, because protein, which I love, has come down in points, and fruits are free, I can fill up on those, not feel deprived and the weight has come off and I don't feel hungry. I also feel better about eating my AP's and have my eTools subtract any extra points I eat for the day from the AP's before the WPAs. I just hit 30 pounds lost since December.

I LOVE the new plan. I joined, quit, re-joined, quit, etc. on the old plan because I never lost much. This new system is working out great for me, and I have found that I need to stagger my points. Currently I get 38 points. So, I usually vary my points by day. Some days I only get 31 points, other days I may get 40. I just go with my hunger. I dont force myself to eat if I am not hungry, I drink a lot of water, and exercise daily for only 30 mins. I try to only use 10 of my WA and none of my AP. And I always follow my GHG's.

If I were you, I would look at your food tracker and find where your points are coming from. Processed foods, refined carbs, white sugar, etc. Try to cut out any "junk" and eat as fresh as you can.

Start playing around - the great thing about WW is that it is not "one size fits all". For example, I know that I am sensitive to carbs and sugar, so I limit myself to one "treat" a day that is no more than 4-5 points.

It took me about 2 weeks to figure out what worked, and once I did, I went from dropping 1.2 pounds on average, the next week......7.4 pounds!

Don't give up, just figure out what works for you!
