Broken WW Key Ring
 

My WW Key Ring (the one you get for losing 10%) broke today. Apparently the screw that holds the ring to the base came out and the whole thing came apart but I couldn't find the screw so I can't put it back together again.

Couple of questions:

Does anyone know if WW would sell me another one to replace it (and how much it is)?

Also, anyone else had this happen? I like the key ring and would like to replace it but not if they break all the time.

Another question which I don't know if anyone knows. I'm a regained lifetime member but they have been giving me awards like I was not a lifetime members which is fine since I like the key ring and charms. When I get back to goal, however, I don't think they will give me a new lifetime key (I still have my original lifetime key which was a huge key that quickly discolored so I don't use it, the new ones are much nicer). Anyone know if they would sell me a new lifetime key when I get back to goal?

My 10% key chain broke too, I brought it in to my meeting and they just gave me another one for free :)
