january challenge
hello i would like to start a challenge for the month of january ..
i am going to stick to my plan of 28-33 pts a day 30 min excersice 3 quarts water i will be passing out weekly rewards for the most weight loss ..etc if any one interested... post reply here |

Hello! I would like to joing challenge~ 208.00 current I have 70 more to go. I am going to do treadmill every day for 15 minutes and stick to my points, and drink my water.

-Stick to my pts range -Go for a walk at least 4 days a week -Forgive myself for Christmas time mistakes!!:) Good luck everyone! |

Count me in! I need a new challenge and would like to see a loss at my next weigh-in on Sunday.
This past week, I gained 2 lbs. It was difficult to stay within my point range with all the holiday goodies between home & work. Oh well, it could have been much worse. I got one of those stretchy exercise bands for Christmas and this new challenge is perfect to try it out. (or else it will join the rest of the stuff in the exercise graveyard :lol: ) I have got to quit buying all that junk!!! Here's to a great "losing" new year! Suzanne |

Hi! I am new here and this is my first post, but I am joining WW tommorow evening (would have today but they are closed...)but I would like to take part in the challenge also. I will journal honestly every day, stay within my point range, exercise 4 days per week, and no more soda! Cant list my weight because I don't have a scale at home, but I am afraid to find out!

Huge snow storm today, made cookies for kids, not pretty:nono: Oh well tomorrow is another day, right? I did walk in about a foot and a half of snow that must count for something huh. Pinky |
