Interesting. I didn't use as many as either suggested on my large day and my pattern was a little different.

I ate 41 last Saturday (had planed 39), then 29 Sunday, 36 Monday (planned 33), 32 Tuesday, 29 Wednesday and still have the rest of today and Friday to go. Right now I'm not up or down from last weigh in so we'll see how it works out.

Wow, this really worked for me. I followed the points exactly as directed and I lost 3.4 pounds this week! That's really exciting for me right now because I have been having issues losing weight. I was doing momentum on my own at home and had lost 30 pounds. I switched over to PP+ and yo-yoed up and down gaining and losing the same 2 pounds. I switched back over to momentum two weeks ago and only lost 0.5 each week, which I was happy enough with since it was staying off. When I saw this post though, I decided to give the Wendie plan a try and I couldn't be happier with the results. It seems counter intuitive since I am eating more points. I usually don't use ANY flex points and just eat to my target, but now it seems I can eat more and lose more at the same time. I highly recommend giving the Wendie plan a try!

So how long would you use this plan, a few weeks and then go back to just p+?

I think I will use it consistently until I see a few weeks without change or with a gain. If I stop using the Wendie variation I will use regular momentum, PP+ didn't work for me at all, I tried it for over a month and got no results.

Okay, I wasn't sure if it was more of a temporary solution to shock your body or a long-term that it's what your body needs consistently.
