This just made my day.
I normally walk in the morning at work with another lady I work with (and yes, every morning). But this morning we were busy and we never made it out. I finally got a chance to walk during my lunch. When I got back, someone that normally does not talk to me came up and asked If I lost weight and that I look good :D.
I am so happy my weight loss is starting to show and people are starting to also see it. That will defiantly keep me even more motivated.
