NI of pasta

Hi,

I'm planning a meal made with 100% whole wheat egg noodles. The NI on the bag states a 2 cup portion (85g). Do you think this 85 grams refers to dry pasta? The entire content is 340 gr. so I calculated the points based on there being 4 portions in the entire bag.

TIA

i personally dont know. This seems like one of these foods you have to have a food scale for ><;
i always add points to my pasta incase i've worked it out wrong.

My understanding (what i've briefly googled in the past) that a 2oz dry (other pasta portions are 2oz), is roughly 1 cup cooked.

the bag should tell you how many servings are in it, though.

2 cups should be 2 servings of pasta. The 85 grams would be dry weight. Normal pasta is 2 oz. (56 grams) dry weight = 1 serving.
