First week back!
 

After some medical issues, I was able to rejoin WW last week. I was happy to find I had not gained ALL the weight I had lost back, but enough.

Last week after coming home from my first meeting, my husband announced we were "starting to redo the kitchen!" He had taken this past week off so we could gut our 70's kitchen and finally have a nice, updated one. While I was thrilled.....I knew this would be a challenge between having everything in my kitchen in disarray AND trying to get used to the new WW Points Plus values.

Well, I did alright. I went in this morning to discover I had lost 2 lbs! I went expecting to have gained, but had made up my mind that I would just take it one day at a time.

So all in all......I am happy!
