its a setting in your pictures folder i think.. instead of selecting "only friends can see" you change it.. I ALSO (maybe) think its a setting in your account.

i went and looked... Account drop down > account settings > privacy settings.

Mine is set to custom but theres a little link on the mid-left that lets you edit settings, you can choose who sees photos.

Changed it! Hopefully people can view my pictures now.

An idea, find the folder you want to share, and at the bottom of the folder (where you can see minis of all the photos), there is an option. Says
Share this album with anyone by sending them this public link: and theres a http link.

Maybe that will work
