I had to quote this because I am going through the exact same thing this week! I just reached my 5% last week too, and this week, I've been eating a lot more points in general, eating out a lot more, and indulging way more than I usually do! I haven't gone completely crazy or binged hard or anything, but I haven't been following the plan tightly like I know I should. Why is that??? Why are we self-sabotaging right after a great week??? I think it must be the fear of success or something! I'm up over 2lbs since last week, I'm sure part of it is water weight, but I just had a really un-healthy lunch, so I have three points left for the rest of the day! How do we flip our minds around to be excited and keep going after a victory vs. the negative talk!?
