Simply Filling Technique
Hi everyone,
I have the Weight Watchers materials but am doing it on my own. I don't have the money to attend meetings. I'm thinking of trying the Simply Filling Technique (eat only Power Foods, use 49 WPA and AP for extras). My breakfast and lunch menus will be easy to fit into the plan guidelines. It will take a bit of work for dinner. I'm trying this because I HATE counting points for recipes. The task is just too tedious for me...weight , measure, divide into portions... And I'd like to measure/weigh as less as possible. I'd rather go with my hunger signals. I don't mind tracking food though.
Anybody else trying this with success?
