Hi Everyone!
I know there were a few of you who wanted to know my results after switching back to Momentum. Today it has been exactly one week and I'm down 5.2lbs! It has been pretty easy getting back on track with the old plan, I tracked faithfully and worked out quite a bit this week. On to week number 2!
Holy cow! How did your food compare with the Points Plus points?
I started eating my Arnold Thins again which are 1 point on Momentum, on PP I was avoiding them because of the point value. I also ate my fruit but made sure to count it which wasn't a big deal but I cut my servings to 2 instead of 3 (I'm more into vegetables than I am fruit). I made sure I ate my protein, dairy, oil, etc too! Overall I think I did better at tracking and following the GHG's than I did on PP.
I don't want to discourage anyone from trying PP! Momentum just happens to work better for me and I'm sure at some point I will switch back to PP because it will help me maintain.

Yay! Congrats! U r my WW hero lol. I'm changing back to Momentum officially Sunday. I tracked so far today along with CC and it is closer to each other thab P+ and CC. On P+ I always had more points than calories left. (i.e. I had points+ left when I was out of calories for the day) Hope I start losing again. A big loss like your's would be nice lol

I think you're right about the calorie part because Momentum factors in calories and PP really doesn't. Maybe that's why Momemtum works so well for me!
