hi, i just started pp. Has anyone created a spreadsheet or can anyone help me. Thanks

If you go to www.weightwatchers.com I highly recommend signing up for the monthly Pass for $49 a month. It includes all of your meetings and you can use the online etools which is totally awesome because you can track your food, activity and weight. It also has a points calculator for food you don't know what point plus values are and there is an online database of 40,000+ foods including fast food where you can look up the points plus values in seconds.

thanks, but I already subscribe to ww online, and I have a calculator plus journal. I just like things really simple. I wanted a spreadsheet where I can just easily tally up my points for the day.
