B: Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5 L: Veggie cheese soup 5/10 Natural Ovens bagel 2/12 Snack: WW 2 pt bar 2/14 Pretzels 1/15 D: Small piece of pork 4/19 Baked potato w/LF sour cream 4/23 1 cup skim milk 2/25 Steamed veggies 1/26 Water: 48 oz plus Snack: LF ice milk 5/31 Exercise: 2.1 miles on treadmill (30 minutes) |
