Default Week 1 Done!

Hi everyone...just joined this board last week and started Points Plus. I have followed WW Points a couple times before (brief stints) and I do think it is a pretty good program! I love how it makes you aware of how much you are eating and how certain foods that you thought were healthy really are not as healthy as you thought! It helps me look at eating in a different way - like, "I can eat a panini and chips from the cafe rather than the soup and fruit I brought for lunch, but that would mean I can't eat Chipotle a the end of the week; is that worth it?" With the new plan, I love that I can eat fruit without guilt.

Anyway, it has been a good week. I stuck to my points, used most of my weekly points, and upped the exercising. Lost 4 pounds. Hoping I stick with this more than a couple months this year!

Well straight it sounds like you had a great success your first week. I too am on my first week. I weigh in the morning for the first time. I like the fact that it is like a checkbook and I can relate to it more easily. Good luck on your journey.
