Weigh-in this morning. If I weren't all menstrual and bloaty I'd be less worried. (I'm one of those bad WW folks who does weigh every morning on my dr's scale - found one used, love it - so I know I've dropped weight. But bloaty this morning, I'm up a bit. Ugh. It's so not fair to have only my second weigh-in during my period. LOL!)
No time to chat with y'all this morning though- much to do, little time to do it. Thanks for being here - and BRAVO to everyone for milestones (particularly the frustrated-but-I-didn't-binge gal - woo-hoo!!!) |
Okay - it wasn't as bad as all that. Bloaty and all - I lost 3.5#. :)

Also I wanted to brag on myself. I exercised today. I did the walk away the pounds 1 mile video, and I am very proud of myself for doing it. :smug: |
