I made this last night and found I had to add more chicken broth to thin it down LOL but I am taking the leftover sauce today and going to make some mock potato soup

I tried this last night too. It didnt turn out like alfredo, and I dont think I would ever eat it over noodles, but its very yummy as a cauliflower puree. and if you add less broth its "mashed potatoes"

Oh, I'm so gonna try that! Thinking of other ways to use it, like some lasagna filling also, it might be yummy "au gratin"...

I haven't tried it yet, but plan to soon. I loooove pizza, so I am hoping I like it enough for a good substitute. I am trying the Alfredo sauce tonight. Having it with whole wheat penne and broccoli. Yum, I hope it turns out as good as it sounds.

SO gonna try that pizza recipe! I read them both and it seems the first one might be better as reviews on the second on said that it gets soggy in the middle and you have to eat it with a fork? Let me know if anyone tries it!

I made it as a soup with fresh cauliflower that I'd roasted as someone had suggested--it was really good!
