Maybe a gain?

  • My weight has been hopping right around the same pound or so this week. I had a two pound loss last week so I think it's just adjusting.

    My weigh in is tomorrow. I just had rice for dinner (with shrimp and veggies) with a bunch of water and now I feel like a stuffed turkey!

    I have a feeling that I'll be showing a gain tomorrow!

    Oh, well, the journey continues!
  • I am thinking I will have a gain too. Not sure why, I have been so on plan, but I maintained over the holidays and just feel like it is going to catch up on me now.
  • I did very little exercise the week before last, and I have a feeling that my scale catches on a week late.

    I did stick within my points this week, earned 25 APs and only ate my WPs.

    I had way more carbs this week though - bread & rice which seem to throw me off.
  • I was up a pound. Fuzzy counting on the bread and butter this week. Lesson learned: keep bread out of the house. Stop being fuzzy when counting, weighing, measuring, slicing, etc.
