After several weeks with little exercise (I was sick, my trainer got another job so had to cancel sessions and then the holiday rush) I went to the Y and did the stationary bike for 40 minutes.
Couch to 5K workout this morning -- week 1, day 2. On the treadmill this time. I prefer to run outside but if I'm pressed for time I go to the gym. My next run will be Saturday and I will do that outside with my dog. )
Today I did the couch to 5K workout I skipped yesterday. Had a great time out with the dog but it is still COLD. The intervals seem to be easier but I'm still pretty breathless even when I remind myself to slow down. I think I might repeat week 1.
