I did pick up EA Sports Active. I think I'm really going to like it! A highlight of the first workout with it was the built in heart rate monitor. There was a Biggest Loser wii game on sale for $19, so I picked that up too. I haven't done anything beyond the initial setup for that one.

Yesterday I did the EA Sports Active workout and went for a long walk to enjoy the milder temps we're getting. Today will likely be another walk with the dog and my couch to 5k run.

Hi there! I am beginning today, and I plan on going to 24 hr and doing a Zumba class with a friend and her hubby. I am probably going to die, and it'll be a sight, but it's a start!

I started Biggest Loser Power Walk three days ago, my daughter and I plan on doing miles 1 and 2 for 10 days, 2 and 3 for 10 days and finally 3 and 4 for 10 days...I like it because I'm a full time worker and i'm able to do it in the livingroom whenever I get a chance (and BL cast is not as annoying as Leslie )

Yayyy! I've been doing Zumba for almost a year and LOVE it! You really do burn that many calories too, my Polar HRM reaches about 970 at the end of class!

okay. Thanks for a place to say, I did it..
I was going to do my Biggest Loser Power Walk but went to my WW meeting at 6 PM so I missed my time I had thought I was going to do it.

now I come here and see you all moving so I guess I will do something.

Yoga... now that it's 8:52. No sense in doing something to get pumped.

So, off I go. I pulled out Yoga for Beginners and I'll come back when done.

darn dog.

I had to put her in the crate so I could do a nice comfy routine. I did PM yoga with Barbara Benagh.

I like her gentle voice. After you talked about how blissfull you all were I said, ya, Pull out a yoga and get it done.

I like that his has different length sessions on it. Good for the AM and the PM.

So, thank you 3fc and for the link to post what we did today. Yea, I did something even if it wasn't stressfull.

it showed me how stressed I was once I started relaxing into poses.

I'm so jealous! My old gym had one of these twice a month. Now I just do 2 classes in a row if I can.

Today I ran for 30 minutes and swam for 25 minutes. Tomorrow is probably going to be 45 minutes of cardio and then some core work.

Morning all! I meant to post this last night and lost track of time.. I almost let the day get away from me and not do any exercise but I got on the forums and saw so many posts and it inspired me so me and dh did The Firm aerobic body sculpt (the title may be wrong but it's something close to that) and it was a killer! I'm already sore today and we only made it about 15 min before we had to give up, but that is ok, that 15 min will soon turn into 55 min I just gotta pace myself But I felt so great afterwards!
My goal exercise for today is some cardio, so maybe my treadmil or stationary bike, or if it's nice I may just go for a walk

Spryng I did that video yesterday too(mentioned above). Weird coincidence! Keep up the effort and you'll be doing the entire thing before you know it. It's a hard one.

Today's training was a Firm video, supercharged sculpting- 30 minutes. I used heavier weights than on sunday and it made a big difference in how hard I worked.

Working on an online course, when finished I'll be doing 20 minutes of restorative yoga.

river, that is good to know there are other Firm fans it was a great workout yesterday even though we couldn't do it very long, I know each time I do it I'll be able to go a little longer until I can do the entire dvd

Today I aimed for cardio since the firm uses weights etc, wanted to rest my sore muscles today so me and my 4yo danced to singstar dance for the ps3, what a workout!!! it was so much fun and had my heart rate up and sweat pouring off and I think I learned a thing or two, LOL I did an entire 20 min non stop on there, it was great! Tomorrow my plan is to do the Firm again
