I'll Take It!
 

I've been sick since Christmas day with upset stomach and fever and finally feeling a little better so far today. Haven't eaten much of anything so thought I'd weigh and lost 6.2 lbs! Not the right way to lose it but I'll take it because it kind of gives me the boost I needed to move on and make healthy choices. I love seeing the scale move downward!:carrot:

I don't think all 6 lbs was from being sick. My weigh in day was Sunday which I didn't do because I was sick, so hopefully most if it was from doing well last week!
