Weight Ranges
 

Are the weight ranges listed in the materials? When I joined the WW receptionist showed me the weight ranges from a booklet and pointed out what mine would be. However, I just looked at the heaviest in the range and I can't remember what the full range is. I've skimmed through my getting started guide and the pocket guide but don't find it. Am I missing it?? If so, tell me what page it is on. :?:Thanks.

Hello....if you are on the new PointsPlus program, it's now listed in the weight tracker booklet. If not, you can tell me your height and I'll tell you the range :)

THANK YOU so much, I found it! I would have never looked in the weight record. As a matter of fact, I didn't even realize all that other information was on the back of the weight record. I got something else to read. LOL!:D
