Hi Everyone!

Just a question for those of you who use ETools on the Weight Watchers website. I just signed up for 3 months and my payment went through but I can't access the entire site. I can still only use the message boards and nothing else. Anyone else having this problem? I thought the site may have been down for maintenance because it was also running really slow!

Kimberley, I was able to access them right away when I joined. From home page, click on the tab "your plan" near top left. Then click on Points plus tracker on the far left. It opens in a separate window. Hope that works for you.

Eek! I can't find where it says 'My plan'

Just curious but with the 3 months that I paid for do I have to pay for the meetings too or is it like a monthly pass?

I'm in Canada, I wonder if the online interface isn't the same where you are?

I know here buying the online tools doesn't allow meeting access.

if it's just etools you'll still have to pay for meetings seperately, the montly pass will pay for both meetings and etools, but just etools by themself doesn't include meeting fees.
Was the site working for you today? If not I would talk to their tech, they may just have a glitch on your account or something because the minute I signed up My Plan and recipe builder etc was available to me.

Are you signed in with your paid log in?

After being on the phone with a a very nice lady for almost 30 minutes, she fixed the problem and I now have access to my e-tools! Really like it too, I should have been subscribing all along!

ive had a busy day and haven't logged into my stools yet. I guess I better go do it. I know I didn't over eat but I just don't feel like logging.
