thinking about trying WW again..

had a rough year and a half with both parents battling cancer and the passing of both this summer and then the settling of estates and moving my Dad's belongings out of his apt and storage unit have not left alot of time for me...I haven't gained....but I haven't lost either..but have not been trying..need to kick it in gear so I am thinking about WW. Several coworkers are having amazing results...

I'm fairly new to WW. I'm losing slow .5-1 lb a week average but I'm ok with that as I don't have all that much to lose. I'm a bit of a foodie and weight watchers works well with that. Lots of recipe ideas to play around with. The thing that I like most is that it provides the structure I need to lose but everything (in moderation) is allowed. To me, that means I can eat like this forever as opposed to other plans that cut out most carbs, or are extremely low fat. I don't go to meetings but I pay for online WW access which is working for me.

I joined a couple of weeks ago, I'm loving it so far. A friend goes to meetings, so I do too. I need that accountability.

When I was in my 20's I gained some weight and called WW since I was thinking about joining (back before you signed up on line.) The woman gave me some info and I said "ok, thanks I'll think about it." And she said "Well, you've already been thinking about it if you called us."

She was right, and I signed up right then.

So, just go and sign up!
