Our leader is an absolute riot! She's the best, most enthusiastic, funny leader i've had in over 10 years off and on going to meetings! She said there are 3 different kinds of people on the new plan....
1. the stubborn members (ones that won't change from old to new plan)
2. the open minded for change members
3. the kinda on new plan but kinda on the old plan members!
She said that if you are one of the ones on the kinda on both plans that it WILL not work! We had so many people in the meeting that were still counting fruit. She did say, you can't just eat however much you want, moderation like everything else but doing both will hurt and not help you.
