Regarding Weight Watcher cookbooks

  • Hi,I have several WW cookbooks, some old,and some just this yr. My favoriets are "The best of..WW". I've tried several recipes in each and continue to refer to them.
My question is since the points/plans keep changing, how much does this interfere/with my continued weight loss/and good health? Do I stop using the older books, which seems like such a waste..Or are the recipes still healthy cooking guidelines, and continue to use them? Thanks abunch
  • You have to use the nutritional information at the bottom of the recipes to figure out the new PP for the recipes.I had a few cookbooks and I just went to the recipes I used and wrote in ink the PP of the ones I actually use so its ready when I cook.
  • yup, they are still good. You just have to put them through the WW calculator now or your hand held one and get the new point plus points for the old recipe.

not sure where yet but I think some of them are going to be online. I just didn't keep up with it cause I have none of their CBs.
  • There is a file on the WW website with the pointsplus values for the 5 recipe books sold in meetings last year.
  • Thanks Quilter, I thought they said that I had just not found it yet/
