I have noticed that my "good weeks" tend to take a week to show up on the scale whereas my "bad weeks" also tend to cause a gain a week after the fact. Does anyone else experience this?
I think that whether you will show a loss at any particular point in time can be very variable. I got up early one morning recently, went to bathroom and weighed myself. Then I decided to go back to bed. Three hours later I got up, same thing...and weighed .6 pounds less. I've had it go the other way too.
Really you have to look at the pattern over time and not any one point in time.
