Hi there! I am a lifetime member and haven't done WW for years. Last time I was going to meetings was when core first came out! yikes....:o

Anyways can someone pls tell me about the new program? I am thinking of going back or possibly doing online as the reason I have gained so much weight and am getting so down on myself is because I changed jobs and am so busy that I am neglecting myself and my health.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks!! :)

Hi,

Can't say enough about the new program! I love it! I didn't care for the last program but this one is great with the free fruit. For me it's much more relaxed, i'm not stressing all day at my desk figuring out points in my head for the rest of the day. It's easy to follow, the focus is on protein and fiber.

There are a ton of threads here and the WW site for you to read and get the general info.

Do you have specific questions about it?
