A Question about WW

I'm considering joining WW. How many times per week will I have to meet? I searched the WW website but couldn't find that answer.

Usually once, you paid for one week and then you can go as many as you want in that week.

Yes, they change the topic once a week, so you only need to go once a week to get that week's information. Of course, you don't *need* to go, no one is taking attendance, but it is encouraged. And if you would like to go more than once a week, that is fine too. But you can only weigh in once a week.

What is the success rate? I'm really stuck. I can't seem to get my weight to budge.

Also, how does the online program compare to the regular program?
