In It For The Long Run #7
WELCOME TO "IN IT FOR THE LONG RUN".
We're a friendly group who have all started with more than 100 lbs to lose and are doing our best to attain healthy bodies through weight loss and exercise. Most of us are using Weight Watchers to help us along this road but we welcome anyone who is trying to successfully change to a healthy lifestyle. Got a lot to lose? Pull up your keyboard and join us for fun, support, advice and just plain talk. We love to "see" new faces so jump right in. j-ann :df: |
Just wanted to start a new thread. The old one was getting pretty long.
Hope you're all doing great today! I'ts 1:15 and I'm still OP. :cp: |
Hiya, J-ann! Thanks - yet again - for starting a new thread for us. I never seem to notice when they get long. ~shame on me!~
Today my meeting tickets arrived. I've got plans (solid, definite, scary plans) to attend my first post-slump WW meeting and weigh-in on Friday morning. I'm gonna call though and see if they're still holding meetings at the time they used to. I do have a pretty good picture of where my wt is simply because I still weighed myself weekly even when my motivation was crap. My feeling has always been: You should know what your choices are doing to you - even if you choose to make bad choices. Blech, argh, whew. At least I have an idea of what's coming. And - thanks to you all here, and to a supportive, if baffled family - I'm prepared to meet the challenge. Tonight's dinner was a fabulous one at our favorite cafe: Greek salad wrap with fruit for 12 pts. This is that wonderful cafe in our town where the owner is a WW devotee - and so has the points figured for every item on the menu! Happy night to you all! |
Good morning!
Just a quick post this morning. The dog is howling in the garage to let me know he's there - just in case I forgot. He's ready to get up apparently. Plus I need to finish my morning exercises (sit-ups and one-legged leg lifts!). Then off to work. Boo! Anyway, I've had two good OP days and it feels great. DH has even been cooperative with what he's been cooking. I think the more I show him I'm sticking to it, maybe the more he'll be willing to help. But the scale is starting to creep in a different direction for a change. I'll have to keep on doing well this week. I have a landmine facing me this weekend. We'll be deer hunting down at mom and dad's farm. Mom is another one who when is told, please don't make a bunch of food, will have 2 pies and a cake. I'm just going to have to be strong and use portion control as my weapon. J-Ann: Good for you for facing the music and getting that first meeting under your belt. Just don't dwell on what could have been or what was - just what are you going to do each day to lose the pounds again. You can do this! It will be hard for me to try to do this without the meetings. I figure that I have to get my act together and concentrate on that - when I go to meetings, the focus becomes THE SCALE. Plus I don't find the leaders motivating at all. Either way, it takes lots of focus and commitment. WE CAN DO THIS! Bunny - That cafe sounds delightful! What fun. How's the feet? Shoot, I have to go now. Hound dawg is driving me nuts. Have a great OP day. :cb: :dancer: :grouphug: |
Hi
Well, here it is, Day 2 of my restart. You know what? It feels "right" this time. Slipping back into an OP mode has really been easy so far. I won't say I don't know why I waited so long to face up to myself and get back to meetings cause I know, as we all do, that sometimes you just have to wait til your ready for a new start. JEN: Your dinner sounds like it was lucious. It's baked pork chops, applesauce, broccoli, and salad for us tonight. ALL RIGHT, glad your Mom got those tickets off to you so quickly. :cb: Once you get thru that initial "OMG, I'm really doing this, again" when you walk into the meeting you'll feellike a new, committed (not to the nuthouse :joker: ) woman. At least I did. TERRI: Hey lady. You are doing great! OP and Exercising WOW! :cp: :cp: I can probably come up with a couple of yummy venison recipes, along with a great marinade, if you folks get a deer. I hate the thought of killing the dear :) things but if your parents' place is anything like ours the deer come right up on the deck to nibble shrubs in the winter. There are just way too many for the area they occupy. Be sure to go to Mom's with a "Thanks, but I think I'll pass on the pie" attitude. How's Bear recovering? HELLO to everyone else. Come on out and chat. We miss ya. Have a super evening and a Teriffic Thursday. :spin: :dizzy:  |
Morning!
Wahoo! I've got three good days under my belt. I've been hungry at times but I've been able to win mind over belly so far. This is really hard to keep my points within range without any exercise points to offset. I'm not counting my morning exercise. BUT, the good thing about having to do this without being able to walk or do any form of aerobics is that I am focusing on controlling the food. I am realizing that when I exercise, my mind does little tricks like say "its okay to eat that because you've earned exercise points, yada yada yada". I also realize that I allow myself to fall into these stupid mind games...which....all goes back to my relevation to myself that I must not really want to lose the weight after all. So now's the time for me to figure that out - do I really want to accomplish this or do I want to maintain at this point or what exactly do I want???? Wow, sorry! Got a little philosophical there for this early in the morning. Bear is doing fine. Too rambunctious for his own good but he's healing well. Sadie has decided that she's a mouser (no she's not a cat). She stands at the patio door and watches for little mice. We don't complain because then she's leaving us and Bear alone! Talk about cheap entertainment. I'll be seeing our horse this weekend too. I may try to ride. Depends on the weather and if DH will let me. Not too sure its good for the hip (which is not better). But she needs to be ridden (or rode?). Maybe I can get my brother to do it as he'll be there hunting as well. Argh! Time to get ready for work. Have a great OP day!! |
Well, I've checked out meeting times - and it looks like tomorrow, 12.15 pm, is D-day. *ulp*
So until then, I'm on program. Today, walking quite a bit - as I'll be stuck downtown waiting for the car to be repaired. I plan to walk and window shop, probably for hours. There's a bit of stopping involved, but I should be on my feet and mostly moving for a couple hours. That's gotta be good. My feet - speaking of which - do great if I remember to keep shoes on all day. As soon as I forget and take the darn things off though I'm guaranteed heel pain. Bleh. Terri and J-ann - its good to see you both moving along. Terri, some heavy (no pun intended) thinking you've got going on. My godmom told me I was lucky to have an online support group. I agree. :) |
Hey everyone! I weighed in today, and I have made it to my goal of losing 10% of my starting weight! At total of 27.4 pounds gone!:dancer: I'm so happy!
I also had a personal training session today. It was incredibly hard, but if I do the workout I will get really strong!:strong: I guess that's it! |
Hi all, I've been reading some of your other posts and it sounds as though ya'll are at the same point I am. I just rejoined Tuesday and am doing fine so far. I'm combining Ayurvedic nutritional guidelines (westernized at least) with Weight Watchers. Things are going great so far.
It's been a while since I've been to these boards but I remember what a great source of support they can be. I'm looking forward to getting to know you guys. |
im new...again
Hi everyone....I am in the middle of my first week back at ww....I feel very optimistic this time. . . and at the same time I have never been so depressed about my weight. I just realized in the 12 years that have passed since I moved farther upstate in NY I have gained 134 lbs. I almost cried! Why did I let it happen??? :? Too late to continue to cry though. I am taking the bull by the horns now....gonna take this weight off if it takes another 12 years!!! I hope to get to know some of you fellow sojourners on this long road.:p

(Just popping in - its been a long day (and yes, J-Ann, I made it to WW!) - so its time for me to head to bed.) |
Yesterday was my older girls 15th birthday - hooray for her! She picked her dessert to fit in with my WW plans - so we had a pudding, banana, angel food cake, Cool Whip thing. It was good - and low point.
Today we're headed off to Mass, then its our regular mid-morning Taco Bell brunch, complete with reading the Sunday paper from front to back. Not much in the way of exercise - I'm still shopping machines, and its too dark and icy by the time we've finished our work each day to really head out for a walk. I'm hoping this will change when we're able to work a bit less during the day. Possible snow flurries today - if that happens, I guarantee I'll take a moment to go out and run around like a fool catching snow flakes on my tongue! :D |
Mornin' Ladies,
There's a ladybug walking on my keyboard. Is this a sign of good luck? :) Well we lucked out and didn't ice-up here. Considering last nights forecast we are very lucky we got just rain. Of course tonight we could get quite a bit of lake effect snow. We didn't have much of a winter last year so I guess the reprieve is over. I'm spending most of the day indoors. I've got a lot of little things to do so I'll keep busy. If I can I'll scoot to the Y and put in some time in the pool. This is scarey but nice. I've stayed OP ALL WEEK. WI is tomorrow afternoon. It's been so long since I've been able to stay OP. It's a really good  feeling. JEN: Doesn't it feel great to be in control? I'm sooo glad you mom got those coupons to you. It helped push me into getting back on track. Thank her for me. The birthdy celebration sounds like it was fun. I hope you gave your daugher an extra hug for her decision to have an OP cake. PABS: WELCOME You CAN do this! We'll help you if we can. I've come to know that this has to be a lifestyle change not a "diet". So we all we be learning how to live a life where food is to provide energy and good health and is not a crutch to use if we're bored, stressed, upset, etc. Right now most of us in this group are getting back OP. For a while we were doing great guns, then we all slipped, some had just a little skid, and some, like myself, fell right off the cliff! But we're good at getting back up, re-recognising our foods or actions that send us off program and GETTING ON WITH IT. If you don't mind asking, where in Central NY are you? I'm just outside of Syracuse. CHILLIN' GREETINGS TO YOU TOO Okay, I'll bite :) ... What's Ayurvetic mean? That's a new one on me. Congrat's on getting back OP. KIRA: 10% 10% YEAH! Bet you can really begin to feel that weight loss now! I'm doin' the 10% happy dance just for you. :cb: :jig: :dancer: That's a BIG goal. I'm proud of you and thrilled for you.!!! THIN: How's that hip? I love the way you express your thoughts. Everytime you note your feelings I can see myself and it hepls me A LOT. THANK YOU! Hope your still OP. Must be coming up on a week for you to huh? Were you able to ride this weekend? Well I've got to go do some stuff. If I missed anybody, forgive me. Have a Super Sunday, :flow::flow2: |
Very Short HAPPY Post
:cb::cb:Just got back from WI and I lost EIGHT POUNDS!!! :cb::cb: I love restart weeks! I'm so glad I decided to get my a$$ back to WW. Thanks Jen for the extra push to get me there. How're ya all doin'? Everyone's being awfully quiet. Come on out and play. :) |
Wowsers, J-ann!
Today was all day - eight hours - on my feet and walking downtown Asheville with my newly 15 year old who wanted a shopping day for her birthday. :) I'm not sure how I'm doing - I feel all faltery, but all enthused, too. Tired now - must sleep... |
Hi everyone Sorry I haven't been around for a while but I was planning my 10 yr olds birthday as well. We rented a hall and she invited her whole class and had a survior party. It took a little planning but I think it was worth it . Anyway last weeks WI was good. down 1.5. Hope to keep that ball rolling. I really have to get back to journalizing I think I can do it mentally in my head and sometimes thats not enough. Well I should get off to bed gotta keep rested and that way I don't pick up silly foods and eat them. Take care and talk to you later. Dawna
|
Jen - belated happy b-day to your daughter. Sounds like she's really helping mom stay OP with the great idea for dessert plus all the walking.
j-ann - WOW , 8 lbs!!! What a great first week! I'm going to be weighing in monthly so I have no idea how my first week went. OF course, that's what I plan now but who knows how long I can really stay off the scale. Stolen from the Everyday Ayurveda page: Ayurveda (pronounced eye-yer-vay-duh) is the art of healthy living that enables you to create harmony in daily life by applying self- knowledge and self-care. The word, Ayurveda, is from the ancient Indian language, Sanskrit, and literally means "Knowledge of Life". Inherent in Ayurvedic principles is the concept that you are capable of taking charge of your own life and healing. It's been around for about 5000 years and it will take me about that long to learn just what they know about food and it's affect on the body, mind, and spirit, lol. This week should be interesting. Once again this darn fat is "ruining" my life. DH is off to Jamaica tomorrow for business and we were thinking of using some award points to get me down there for a long weekend. However, the thought of hitting beaches right now just isn't appealing, and I don't know what else you'd do there other than smoke ganga (sp?). Hopefully this will be an ongoing client relationship and I'll get another chance about 70 lbs from now :D. |
Good Evening Ladies,
Hope everyone is doing fine. It is a fairly warm night here in Indiana, low 50's and the most beautiful full moon in full view tonight. Sorry that I have been missing in action for the last several weeks, but everytime I would go to post, my computer would not cooperate...would lose the post or the computer would act nutsy...but I think I have the kinks worked out so hopefully I can catch up with everybody! Jen...glad to see you rejoined WW. How lovely of your mom to send the coupons! I still have not rejoined, but yesterday at work they posted a WW session in the evening that would work out great with my schedule, so after Thanksgiving, I too will rejoin. You guys have given my inspiration! Kira...Congratulations on your 10%! What a great feeling for you! Keep up the great work. J-ann.....Wow! 8# is wonderful. You make me feel motivated! Welcome to everyone else...have to scoot. Have had a hard and long day at work and my bed is calling me. My DD has a dentist appointment first thing in the morning and my 6am starts are catching up with me. Have a great day tomorrow! Chatty |
Yesterday was a rough day, emotionally. We're really struggling right now - and the holidays and all the family birthdays seem to come up at once while we're broke and no one else cares but us but it feels all bad to realize that we're stretched thin. (Why is everything - our cash, my nerves, my patience - stretched thin except me?! ;) ) Anyway - I did good in spite of this. When I hit that "I gotta eat - that'll help, I'm sure" stage, I grabbed four squares of graham cracker (2 pts) and 2 dollops of FF cool whip (0 pts) and *poof* a 2 pt tension buster snack.
Now, I'm off to work again - when we're tight, its all work, no play. Or it feels that way. LOL! |
Mornin’ Ladies,
We’re on our second nice day in a row. Warm, in the 50’s and a little sun. The leaves are gone but so is last week’s snow. I think I mentioned that I’d been saving change for years and decided to take it to the bank and invest in a real PC rather than Webtv. Well I ended up with $700 and I called Dell to order the PC then had 2nd thoughts because of the size of the moniter. I went home and really checked out where it was going and no way was it going to fit. I called them back and canceled the order. So, I’m keeping the Webtv and saving a bit more for a laptop. I’m looking at Ibooks but I may have to lower my ideals. They are EXPENSIVE! I’ll shop around and watch Ebay too. Something will come along soon. So far still OP and it’s been 1 ½ weeks. I’m feeling really good about myself. DAWNA: Hey, Glad to see you lost another 1.5 lbs. That Survivor must have been fun. What a great idea!!! This is your reminder to journal, journal, journal. CHILLIN, Thanks for the definition of Ayurveda. I’m going to have to read up on it. Honey, IMHO, you SHOULD HAVE GONE TO JAMAICA and enjoyed the beaches and the nightlife with your DH. Don’t let your weight hold you back from enjoying life. Remember NO ONE has a perfect body Here’s a cliché for ya’ – You only go through life once, enjoy it while you can. Make sure that next time you go, or send me. I don’t like hot weather but I really enjoy lounging with a cold drink in my hand. CHATTY: Glad to see you back. Hope you get that PC fied so we hear from you more often. JEN: OH JEN, me thinks you need a good cheap :)soak in a nice hot tub, with a glass of wine and a good book. Relax and think good thoughts and each day will be a bit easier. I’m SO PROUD OF YOU for opting for your “2 pt Tension Busters” rather than falling prey to the “eat to feel better” devil. I’ve gotta remember that snack!!! GOOD LUCK at WI tomorrow. I’ll be thinking about you. OK, Back to work for me, :df: |
Hello again all! I just got back from my weigh in and it wasn't pretty. I gained 1.4 pounds. I honestly was shockd about it, but life goes on. I'm gonna hope to better this week.
|
Hi ladies,
I've been off on vacation this week. We didn't go anywhere as cash money is practically non-existant due to all the vet bills this year. You'd think the big black thing (Bear) nosing into my stuff right now would realize that he needs to be more fun to compensate!! Actually, I've survived quite well with the two dogs this week. There is hope that they are finally settling down because they seem to sleep all day. Which is better than 180 pounds of dogs wrestling in the living room. Food hasn't been the best. Not sure why other than I have felt blah and apathetic this week. I'm blaming it on allergy headaches that I've had all week long. Every day. I've been checking out the "flylady" website and its style of organization. So I've done some reorganization and cleaning out of kitchen cabinets and the clothes. I have four bags of clothes to go to the Goodwill. Where does all that stuff come from? I'm always on the lookout for stuff to get rid of - I think its because my mom and sister are packrats and have stuff everywhere. I'd like to clean the garage too. The wind is blowing hard here and its making it feel really cold. I may go work on some organization of stuff out there but can't have the door up. Guess I'll take the big black thing which is now licking the pole in the rec room. Beats working on bills and paperwork. Anyone a "Bachelor" fan? We only watched last night. That guy is from our state - the town where my sister lives. I wasn't impressed. Tonight is Survivor! Now, that I'm a fan of - have been since the first. Jen - Hang onto your resolve! Its when times get really tough that we need to be strong. Belated happy birthday to your girl. I'm going to have to try your tension buster. Good luck with your sales! J-Ann - Wow, wow, wow!! Good for you. Eight pounds. I'm so thrilled for you. And you're still on track. I wouldn't know what to do about a PC either. It has all gotten so complicated and so hard to make a decision. If I had cash, I'd love to have a laptop upstairs that I could network into this PC. Not like I would EVER get that hooked up! Chatty - Good to see you again! How great that work has the WW meetings. Kira - Sorry about the small gain. Have you had anything salty recently? Could just be some water weight. Drink up and keep focused! Dawna - Good to see you again too. Congrats on your loss. Yes, get your journal going again ( I figure if I say this to enough people, I'll do the same!!) Chillin - I agree, you should be in Jamaica. Don't let fat run your life. Sit by the pool, sit in the shade, read a book, read a magazine, listen to tunes. Lots of things to do besides the beach. I hope I caught up with everyone. My mind keeps going blank when I try to write replies. Sorry ladies - its the headache. Have a great Thursday! |
This morning is weigh-in and I feel good about it.
I've also been using arch support inserts (big ol' things where I can, for the first time ever, feel something actually touching my arch while wearing shoes) and they seem to be helping (I say "seem" because I have, in the past, gone days without pain while doing nothing to aleviate it - so it could be a fluke). I'm kinda hoping it IS a fluke as I hate the supports. They fit in my shoes in such a way that all those cool socks I've been knitting can't be worn - my shoes don't fit right any more with them! I have a collection of probably 50+ pairs of shoes - and only ONE can be worn with the supports. *wah* I don't have the energy to catch up right now (insomnia has killed my mind) but, I do read, and I do appreciate, and I do hope for you all! :) |
Good luck with your weigh-in, Jen!!!
Yes, those shoe inserts sure do suck. Mine either make my feet come out of my shoe or my socks are constantly being pulled down because of my heel slipping. Well, I'm bummed. This is the last day of my vacation and DH was going to take me out to a nice lunch. His boss just called to say that he has a trip (DH is a school busdriver) and won't be home for lunch. I was so looking forward to getting out of the house. :( I think I'll go rent a couple of movies. I did very well yesterday. I didn't lay around and be blah yesterday afternoon. I spent over 3 hours cleaning the garage. Everything is organized and strategically placed so that we can get our autos in the garage for the winter. It was no problem last year for our first winter but this year we added a riding lawnmower and a wheelbarrow. Now, to get my stepson's Harley out of DH's side and we're all set. Wish I had the guts to ride that thing! I need to go get the doggies up and hustled outside. I'm going to pack up my stuff for goodwill and get that hauled off. That way I can't change my mind! Have a great OP day! |
Down a pound - just home from a long day - happy, happy!
|
hello ladies!
I see we're on the new server. Chillin' - You had such a nice post on the old thread. :( Yesterday, we went back to mom & dad's for another weekend of deer hunting. No luck again. This time, we didn't even have much of a chance because the neighbors son and grandson were in the woods target practicing. They spent all morning shooting. The deer were long gone. Not too smart on their part. Especially when they were walking the woods with camouflage clothing and no orange. Good way to get shot. But it was a beautiful day. I rode Ginger for the first time in months. It felt great. I hadn't ridden her since either last fall or maybe once in the late winter. Definitely before her baby was born in May. Since we lost Glory in August, I've barely been able to go down and even be around the horses. My legs are sore today though! Food hasn't been too great the last few days. Too much vacation mindset and being down at mom's. I become purely stupid when I get down there. Jen - Congrats on the one pound down! Don't forget to take time to take care of yourself. That's when our guard gets down. Take care! J-Ann - How are you doing? You've been quiet lately. That eight pounds was great. Chillin - I know you had a nice post during the server change but alas, I can't remember how you're doing. :o A challenging time is almost upon us ladies. The HOLIDAYS. Let's do the best we can without giving it all up until January. We'll need lots of encouragement and support. Have a great Sunday evening and start of the week! |
I've got my plan for Thanksgiving dinner. I'm not fooling myself that I can have "just a bit" of everything - and so making too much while planning to save some for later.
Instead, its a full turkey (gotta have left over turkey, ya know?), but then just enough for a serving each of potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberry sauce (which I hate anyway), salad, rolls (2 each - low fat crescent, 2 pts each) and angel food cake for dessert. This should come to between 16 and 20 points for the meal. We'll have our Thanksgiving meal around 1 pm (I'll have a slim fast bar for breakfast - 2 pts). Then, if we're hungry again in the evening, its turkey sandwiches - low fat bread at 1 pt per 2 slices with 1 oz of turkey (1 pt) makes each sandwich 3 pts. Oh - and I'll have a big ol' bowl of sugar free Jell-o with FF Cool Whip ready to go for the evening snackies. I think this will mean I can get through the holiday without regrets. Yea, me! Terri - I'm glad you had a good weekend (even with no deer) - but I sure know what you mean about being home leading to the naughties... J-ann - check in, gal! Chillin' - I know you posted, and it disappeared. That's the down side to the server change. The plus is we'll have more uptime here! Oh - and on the foot pain front - NO PAIN at all since going to these super-duper arch supports. I'm amazed! And pleased! And vexed to realize it means that my collection of 50+ pairs of shoes will now languish as they don't fit properly with the supports in. *wah* |
I'm Here, I'm Here,
Took a 6 hr dirver's refresher course yesterday. Well worth the $40. It get's me 10% off my car insurance. Did have a bit of a food slip yesterday but think I had enough points to cover it. Did the basics today, cleanin, laundry, etc. Then scooted out to WalMart. Big mistake. Never got into the store - the parking lot was FULL! I've also spent more than enough time online investigating laptops. So far Apple is winning. I'll have to get out and really LOOK at some soon. TERRI: WOW I'm so glad you went riding. Ginger was probably as surprised tohave you on her back as you were sore from the ride. :) Sorry about the deer. Our "great white hunter" got an elk in Idaho but no luck with the local white tails at all. JEN:  :cb: HURRAY! You're on the downward slide. That pound is the beginning of numerous lower #'s to come. I love your plan for Thanksgiving. I have to put a meal together that will be very similar to yours except I won't cook a whole bird. I went to the turkey farm on Friday and picked up a combo of light and dark meat in a small turkey roast. Betty, the member of the house who is an excellent cook, is off to St. Martins with their. dau. So I'm throwing a small meal together for her DH and myself. At least I'll be able to stay w/i my points this way. :twirly: Glad your foot's doing better. Looks like you'll have to ask Santa for new shoes that the arch supports fit in. CHILLIN: Come back and repost. I know I read your's too but it's disappeared!!! KIRA: How's it going? You're being quiet too. LINDA: Are you out there?? STill swimming? Stop in and say hi. Off to feed the canines. They're making hungry noises. |
WEIGH-IN - CHECK-IN
Just got back. No loss - no gain. I can live with that for a week. Last week's loss was huge and, of all times to slip up, it was on the weekend. Doesn't leave much time for "repairs". Hope everyone's doing at least as well as I am. :twirly: I saw some cute Thanksgiving poems in another group. I'll copy them to this group from work tomorrow. :) :cb:  :cb: |
I'm New
Hi all,
I have been lurking here for a little over a week so I guess it is time to post. My name is Amanda, I am 31 years old (birthday last week). I am married and have one son 8 years old. I have about 140 to 150 pounds to lose and decided to try WW. I started 11/18 and so far I am doing well on it. I am not attending WW meetings but bought the WW stuff from ebay and I am doing it on my own, so I am going to needs lots of support and probably ask a lot of questions along the way. Any advice is welcome. Amanda |
Whew, thought maybe I'd posted something rude and it had gotten deleted, couldn't imagine what it was. Then I read your post, Terri, and remembered the warning about losing some of them. Can't even remember myself what I wrote.
Jen, one meal won't matter, it's just getting back OP that's the trick. Fortunately I won't have to worry about the meal, DH and I are headed to the Breckenridge area to ski on Wednesday and Thursday so no one will even be able to force leftovers on me. Amanda, welcome, you'll find lots of help here. For myself, I'm doing pretty good. Thank goodness I didn't realize where DH really was - Kingstown. I guess you can't even leave your hotel, not the safest place in the world. He may have to go back in January, some of the data they won't let leave the office. I am picking him up at the airport tonight :D ! My park continues to be snowy and muddy so it's the gym for me. Is anyone else on this thread doing yoga? Have a great holiday all! |
STOP!!!!! DON'T POST HERE ......
GO TO IN IT FOR THE LONG RUN #8. See you there. |
