i cannot find a point value for pickled eggs. anyone have any ideas?

Check the ingredient label. Most pickled eggs (that I've encountered in the midwest) are pickled in unsweetened vinegar brine, so they'd have the same calories/points/exchanges as regular eggs (because the calories in the pickling brine are minimal).

If the ingredient list does contain sugar or other ingredients that would increase the calorie count, compare the calorie count on the nutrition label to that of a regular egg.

Most chicken eggs (depending on size) contain about 65-80 calories, so if the calories on the nutrition label fall in that range (or come pretty close), then you should be able to count them as you would regular eggs.

i just added one point to a regular boiled egg, i had one from a salad buffet bar, no label to read i'm afraid i figured an added point would be a good guestimate :)
