Coffee 0/0 Oatmeal 2/2 FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5 L: Turkey sandwich 2/7 Snack bar 2/9 Pear 1/10 Pretzels 1/11 Snack: Carrots 0/11 D: 1 cup skim milk 2/13 Salad w/FF dressing 1/14 Baked manicotti 10/24 Snack: NONE (WOW!! - a miracle) Water: 64 oz so far Exercise: Treadmill for 2.15 miles |

coffee l: veggie burger sand 3 carrots & celery orange 1 ratatouille 1 d: chicken-broccoli stirfry 6 brown rice 2.5 ital 2 snack: choc milk 2.5 1/2 brownie 2.5 total 26.5 exercise: treadmill 35 mins -1 gym weighin - 138#!!!! Time to get really really serious. Thoroughly disgusted with myself. |
