Hi Everyone!!
Just did my first 90 minute spin class and am so proud of myself, I actually got through the entire 90 minutes without stopping! My legs feel like Jello and I'm exhausted but I feel fantastic

I've been doing Zumba for over 6 months but spin is definately one of my new favorites.
Super excited to switch over to the new PointsPlus Friday! How is everyone liking it?!
