goal setting in WW
I tried to find info online about this, but I can't seem to find it.
I've talked to my WW leader and decided that for the purposes of lifetime membership status, I'd like to set my WW goal at 185 pounds. The range of goal weights that I could set for my height is from 160 to 200 pounds. While I'd personally like to get down to 180, I am going to make a serious effort to add plenty of muscle and it is possible that I my long term weight sustainable weight might be 190-195 if I'm able to bulk up (I'm not looking to be a body builder, but I am looking to add 10-15 pounds of muscle over time). At a later point, can I "up" my goal weight in WW after I've achieved lifetime status as long as it is in the healthy BMI range? |
i'm not the best one for advice...hopefully someone else will chime in, but i personally *think* you can, but you would start paying again until you are at that newer goal weight. i believe that when you hit your ww goal you have to stay within 2lbs to keep your lifetime status and not pay?

Yes you can change your goal weight as long as it is in the healthy BMI range.
