In the pocket guide is says 1 cup of fresh or canned tomatoes has a point value of 0. When I figured out the points on the can I have it says 1; 50 calories, 2 grams fiber. Should I go by the pocket guide or can?
personally-when i have the can or package that shows the info i always go by that.
That's what I was going to do but I was hoping I could save a point! LOL

Check the serving size difference.
I always go by the label if there is one
