really stressful day here - i hate elections and i hate the current economy. nuff said.
breakfast: two hershey's kisses 2 latte 2 some bread 3/7 snack: sesame candies - 5 at one pt each - 5/12 bbc = 4/16 lunch: chips 3/19 half of a turkey sammy 4/23 points for the day and its not even 4 pm - 23 pts, so no more for me exercise: dog putter, gym water: oh sure stress level - through the roof |
