Same ole same ole.......

  • I have been on WW for about a month. I have lost about 16 pounds so far. I am getting tired of the same snacks. I need new ideas! Any ideas?
  • My usual snacks on WW are:

    Fiber One bars - 2pts
    Babybel cheese rounds (light) - 1 pt
    Jello Mousse sugar free - 1 pt
    Canned pineapple (small can) - 2 pts
    pretzel sticks (kroger) 55 pieces - 1 pt
    Fat free pringles 14 ct (if u can stomack Olestra) - 1 point

  • I get some of the WW Ice Cream bars. OR you can get some of the low fat options. I'm super busy (twins, FT jobs, etc) so they work for me because the points are there in a pintch


    Baked tostitos and salsa
    light microwave pop corn
    I like pretzles with spicey mustard
    Celery and PB
    I love Mango...there's frozen Mango that rocks.
    Apples and the fat free caramel dip (it's awesome)
  • baby carrots dipped in hummus
    peaches and vanilla yogurt
    small cinnamon raisin bagel with some pam spray
    fiber 1 bar

    skinny cow ice-cream bars
    fiber one bars
    low fat cheese and 5 triscuits (one serving size).
