Points question
How do u work out how many points u r supposed to be limiting urself to each day? I weigh around 140lbs & am not sure wat my minimum points allowance should be?

Im trying to do it on my own. Im in australia & hav no access to WW whatsoeva & no money 4 an online version so i was hoping 4 a little bit of info just to get me started.
I weigh about 65kg, thats probably 130-140lbs (Im not 100% on the conversion) & my height is 5'4 inches. Any ideas of my points? Plz :) |
Your point range would be 18-23
