morning - 8 oatmeal - 3, bacon - 4, apple - 1 lunch - 6 chicken - 3, asparagus - 1, wwbar - 2 dinner - 10 points clubsoda-0, salad w/ vinagrette drsg - 1, pasta-9 total - 24 |
oatmeal - one of the few foods I don't like, unless if incorporated into a cookie...
